Thanks! smile No, that happened instantaneously; and the only bolt(s) that happened within the 2m 51s exposure. And the only decent thing that popped up in the 30-40 minutes I was there. In short, I got lucky. poke

I just thought I would come out of hibernation during our long stormless dry season as the build-up draws ever so close. smile

Geez, there are some wonderful photos coming in! Love Daniels sunsets, Jane's snowscapes and Rikki's Foggy landscapes just to name a few.

I managed to get out this evening down at East Point for a bit of a play during a smokey dry season twilight. smile
