Gee, that buildup to the west on the sat image is looking good. Hopefully some good falls will come from it, and break this awful dry spell.

Looks like the bay should be getting rain and also Agnes Water while we in Bundaberg just get wet with sweat.

The BOM radar looks like Hervey Bay got a drenching half hour ago. That would be dissapoining if it just missed you.

Yep, I was sitting here watching head this way. Then it all went north. frown My poor trees are dying. The paddocks are dust bowls.

Just a couple of mil in the gauge here. Few minutes ago the sky had an awesome look to it with the arrival of the SE change.

Michael I am confused of where the heck to post. I was in central and Whitsundays and it was suggested I use the Wide Bay thread. I use the wide Bay thread and you suggest using the current open thread even though I am talking about the wide bay area. No offence but I really don't know where to post what. This is why have have rarely posted anything. I think I might just go back to spectating.

This is why the Wide bay thread was created. To filter out the SE QLD / NE NSW chat. We Wide Bay Burnett people get overwhelmed in the all the SEQ chatter in the other thread. This one is more personal and quieter for us. There has not been an issue in the past. frown

Michael, I am with Manta. Confused.

Where should we be posting? To be honest I am as close to Townsville as I am to Northern New South Wales. I am closer to Emerald than I am to those places.

Knowing it is raining in either place isn't very much use to me except to be jealous.

I admit to feeling ignored a bit in other places because as I said above, we don't quite fit.
