Nice pic there ConM. Compositionally I like how the angle of the hills catch my attention and draws my eye to that guy taking a pic that I otherwise may have overlooked.
I hope you don’t mind if I suggest a few things with my following comments?
Try to get a little closer to ‘him’ as a point of interest, and use that rock/stump to add some balance to the left side of the frame. You could also use some exposure compensation to bring out some more detail in the foreground without washing out that nice rain squall. Think about adjusting the white balance (set to Tungsten or 2850-3200k - thereabouts) to add more blue or cool light into the shot for that really wet & cold look. Otherwise Good job! Keep them coming.
