Morning all! Lovely to wake up to the sound of pouring rain this morning. Has been stop and start so was eager to run down and check the nylex only to find 9mm so far. Hope there is more to come!

It was nice and heavy here at home at 5:30am but has just been hit and miss showers since then ..... just enough to stop us pouring concrete basically wink

I really do need to remount my rain gauge so I don't have to wait for Mick to post totals.... grin

poured down literally 2mins after my live cross finished. sky was dark as so we did it in the doorway looking outside.

briefly just went home for brekky found 29.8mm in the gauge, enough to nudge me over the monthly average! score.
see if you whinge enough, sometimes mother nature gets pissed off and gets you off her back!

Heh. Bugger all here, but wouldn't know for sure as husband hasn't put rain gauge back up for me. Glad you got your 20mm Mick, I was watching it as the light came up this morning, and thought you'd get it.

Choklit Thunda your turn will come.

I would have thought you lot up that way would have been praying for a drought after last years flooding/cyclone.

My sister would like rain/cyclones etc to hold off until after her 50th party on the 11th Feb. I did the right thing and sent her the link to Nitso's updates smile but I think i made myself unpopular when I said It can do whatever it likes anytime because I hate no rain lol

ROFL. You will get some wet stuff and usually end up with a heck of lot more than anyone else here. Just luck of the draw I reckon. grin

3 showers here since 9.00am and another 5mm in the Nylex. And that makes it a tad ineteresting welding outside when you get hit with a sudden shower. Lol.
