Hello all,

My first post, so please forgive me if this has already been asked, but why was the desktop weather widget discontinued?

I had it yesterday and reset my laptop and now I can't download that wonderful tool.

I'd also like some info on this.

I understand that it's not being supported any more, but myself and others would appreciate if it were still available for download.

A little disappointing that the widget is being discontinued as there really is no substitute.

I love this widget and went to download it for my Windows 8 installation...gone. I have found an old version which is working fine, but not as detailed. Please make the newer version available for download, even if it's not supported.

I managed to find a recent version on an USB stick, with the original Weather Tracker branding: http://db.tt/PwmQ8LwG

it does not work

i know this is kinda old. but i had the same problem after a format. and all i could find was old version on the net. so i dug around the old hard drive and found the old installed files i tried to transfer it over and see if it would work but nothing.

so i downloaded the old version and copied the files over that i had once the old version was installed on my new hard drive and bingo it acts and looks like the newest version of the widget
