Looks way too strong out there for pushbike storm chases today, almost got blown off the road and wasn't even a storm nearby eek That rain and hail over the city was black.

for DAMAGING WIND

For people in the Adelaide Metropolitan, Mount Lofty Ranges, Eastern Eyre Peninsula, Yorke Peninsula, Flinders, Mid North, Riverland, Murraylands and parts of the Lower Eyre Peninsula, Upper South East, North West Pastoral and North East Pastoral districts.

Issued at 2:25 pm Wednesday, 14 March 2012.
Severe thunderstorms are likely to produce damaging winds with gusts in excess of 90 km/h in the warning area over the next several hours. Locations which may be affected include Adelaide, Cleve, Minlaton, Clare and Swan Reach.
A wind gust to 87 km/h was recorded at Edinburgh Airport at around 2 pm. There has also been reports of small hail in parts of Adelaide.

Someone early mentioned the timing was bad???... not sure who it was too busy to look back through the posts but timing could not be better!!

Still not a drop here, bit of thunder to the east bugger all in it really, that stuff about to cross YP in front of the Trough is the juicy & the main course!.. for those who missed the entre including me hunger pains will soon disappear grin
