Haven't seen Adelaide "Light Up" like this for a while

Thundering down here with loud rumbles. Beauty for the garden ;-))

Heavy rain, pea sized hail, close cgs (I think I caught one on video). Not a lot of wind though.

Up here at murray bridge, I have never seen the sky as black, approaching from the NW

The sky is gorgeous at the moment, dark and turbulent looking.

Rain starting to fall from the second band. Not heavy at the moment.

Lennie & I have been observing some of the most distinct and scary looking rotation I have seen in Adelaide. Both were waiting for a funnel to drop... Got plenty of video so hopefully will show it well...

Rain has started here and the thunder is booming. With 15min lightning strikes.

EDIT: Pelting down now with rain! So glad my dog is inside for the day...
EDIT 1: Radar looks to be easing up a little bit. Saw a flash outside my window...and I have to leave soon for darts

Here at mount barker we are getting rumbles every minute and flashes of lightning. Also it hailed about 2 hours ago but its really raining heavy now.

I'm sitting at Glenelg South on the foreshore at the moment, very much the calm before the storm! Blowing a gale but other than that, not much else is happening. Got pummelled before by that cluster of cells that popped up out of no where

Had to finally come in. Not much as far as bolts were concerned, need the rain,

Cell to the NW seems the most lightning active atm, heading straight this way as well !

Had about 5mm here few rumbles nothing overhead

That's what just hit here RT, thunder and very heavy rain with the occasional lightning flash.

EDIT: A couple of flangs here, iPod is on, since I now have anxiety, storms are becoming harder to overcome the fear

Rain Rate just now was 25.2 mm/hr !!!

Storm very close now. Flashes on lightning can be seen and thunder is very loud.

Very heavy rain too.

I'm soaked been down the beach watched it come in. Too many lightnings to count...good times.
