A bit more humidity here since the light showers of the past few days. Still pleasant though. Wind is not gusting any more to 50k's an hour.

19.4deg overnight in Rocky and Yeppoon , 25 deg today here, 30 deg in Rocky.

Kinda want the weather to return to those clear blue skies and low humidity like over Easter.

Second morning that I have woken up cold now.

Was a shock to see the minimum temp in Yeppoon around 15.6 deg !

15.9 deg outside now, not a cloud in the sky . Looks like a nice day on the way.

31 deg in Rocky today, 26deg on the coast , 31 deg in most places in the Central Highlands.

Nice day if you are lucky to be outside, light winds, no clouds and bright blue sky.

Might have to wear something warmer to bed tonight to avoid waking up cool/cold.

A bit of fog in Rockhampton this morning apparently.

Looks like a dry cool change next week.

16.3deg this morning, quite cool and grass was all wet. Pleasant today at 26.6 deg though a bit humid, though not to the point where you would sweat bucketloads. A very light NE breeze at the moment.

According to BOM so far it has felt like about 27 or 28 degrees here compared to Rocky on 29-32 deg.

Another cool morning. 16.4 deg here. Humidity at 77 percent dew point 21.4 deg .

26.5 deg so far in Yeppoon, 31 deg in Rocky, feels like temp is currently 3 deg higher in Rocky.

No clouds. Next to no wind compared to the other week when it was very windy.

OCF is going for a lot of rain towards the end of next week but GFS and PME are not . Looks like it will get cooler, cloudier and back to the lower humidity like Easter anyway mid next week. (Talking about Yeppoon)

Garden is lucky as the 5000 gallon tank was full from summer so have been able to plug a hose and sprinkler into hose then into garden tap. Also have irrigation system linked to sand spear so can water that too. Have drip line irrigation on garden beds and rotating ones on the grass. Only grass going brown is a small portion of couch on the southern side that is getting no sun due to houses shadow/shading of outside patio.

The water table (we are close to beach) is quite high here, when they dug down for something here it was full of water in and around the sand.

Plenty of mosquitoes about too .

I think it has just peaked here at 27 deg. Don't know how you put up with the heat in Rocky, Sandfly.

Added - 19 this morning and some morning fog. Models looking good for Friday here. Am I the only one who thinks the region is in for a cooler than normal winter ?

That Friday forecast just doesn't seem right with the rest of the state, it will certainly be a little cooler however 22, don't know about that. Might see it go up tomorrow

Although some models point at some decent rainfall about the central Qld coast Friday and Saturday, so rain and cloud would keep that maximum down.

The signal here is so week, I'm lucky to be able to get on the net, bugger-all phone reception too. I was told we get our reception from Rocky not Gladstone. Anyway it's 27 deg, slight (very slight) SE breeze, lots of grey clouds but radar is showing nothing yet. I will clean the cobwebs out of the gauge, just incase tho.

Humidity levels seem to be as high as summer now, 23 dew point, 88 percent humidity. Though according to the BOM it says it feels like temp is cooler here than Rocky.

Overcast then sunny then overcast then sunny here. Winds mainly light Ely here but at times NE .

Blimin humid and warm tonight, rain must be here in the next few days - humidity up to 100 percent now but no rain.

Feels like temp is 28 degrees at 10.30pm 23 deg is actual temp . Hot.

Looking forward to Yeppoon's windy weather perhaps returning soon.
