Yeah it has been getting darker out this way, but out to my west I can see blue sky and a few towers forming... But I don't think we will see anything today...

A couple of nice thunder rumbles here from a nearby storm cell, which looks to be moving out to sea over Hat Head as I type. Just saw a flash out the window as well.

Edit: Thunder/lightning picking up in frequency. Looks like it'll pass a few kilometres to our south though.

Looks like that storm cell out at Harrisville is slowly weakening Was thinking about going to go out... But looks like it's going to be another fizzier

Currently have a thunderstorm overhead. 21mm out of it so far! Heavy rain has eased to moderate rain in the last couple of minutes. Got a bit of a fright as I was heading back through the backyard from checking the rain gauge with a flash of lightning overhead, lol.

28.2mm here from that thunderstorm this evening. Rain eased off after my previous post but the frequency of lightning/thunder increased. There were also two nice, close(ish) CGs as it was clearing. It was a decent storm for this time of year.
Lightning/thunder continues not far out to sea to the NE, with some nice deep rumbles at times. Light rain is currently falling here.

A nice shower has just passed over here and delivered 8.6mm in under ten minutes.
Fingers crossed for a few rumbles tomorrow.

Started raining quite heavily here at 22.45 and is continuing to rain consistantly. We've had 27.4mm since 09.00. It looks to be quite a bit heavier out to sea.

Trough looking better today didnt get any rain last night tho hopefuly when the sun comes out a few storms fire up been too long

Got a bit of rain at around 10:15pm last night, haven't checked the gauge yet, though. If this cloud cover hangs about much longer though, today isn't looking terribly good.
