Unbelievably beautiful weather lately and is expected to continue for another week or two. I love it but the mornings are getting colder so winter may be a brutal one if trends continue.

I am with you there. Wall to wall sunshine and temps around 25ºC in the day. I would be quite happy to miss the 7 or 8ºC in the morning though. Not fond of those!

There is a cold blast coming up from the south next week, it should arrive Sunday afternoon/night or early Monday morning at this stage,so we should have a couple of cool days ahead with min around 10C and Max around 21-22C.

Wel looks like all iv got to look fowerd to is coldness id be happy for a bit of a local snow chase this winter apperently springbrook 1100m has seen light snowfall on the right conditions or a few peaks in the border ranges that are futher south eg blackbutts lookout wich is over 1000m above sealevel

Still on track for overnight/early morning fog across some of the more sheltered low-lying parts of eastern QLD/far NE NSW... before the cooler drier air behind the approaching cold front clears it all out of SE QLD/NE NSW by Sun. There's been some fairly decent areas of fog in the above areas this morning as well, picked up by visibility sensors, etc.

The visibility sensors and manual obs from RAAF Amberley recorded some decent fog out there this morning again. The aviation report at 6:22am was:
SPECI YAMB 102022Z 00000KT 4000 0500SE FG BR BKN001 08/08 Q1022 (vis of 500m to the SE and 4000m elsewhere with fog and mist).

Not wrong their Coxy it is hard to get my hubby out of bed to ride to work, let alone me going for a run around the block. The days are just so beautiful and mild (unless in direct sunlight where I was burnt within 30minutes on the weekend). I haven't got out the winter gear quite yet

What a stunning day it has been here. The temperature got up to 28ºC (DP 6ºC) and not a cloud in the sky. Perfect weather for generating lots of lovely solar electricity!
