That's cus now I get to drunk to even turn the computer on mr busby  Instead of town mate me and my missus and 10 closest mates are all heading out to camp near Fletcher's creek for the weekend. I have the chainsaw, swag, tent, 2 bottles of bourbon, yabby potts, gas stove, you name it. I'm all ready  There will probably be campers everywhere out there! Grey nomad central at this time of year. Happy birthday by the way!

I just mentioned in another thread you can look for venus infront of the sun if you are wearing a welding mask I wouldn't be doing that! Not working atm, looks like some major issue. Hacked? Looked at the transit through a set of glasses a mate of mine is importing for the total eclipse. Joke around the building at work was we would all be blinded aka the Day of the Triffids... no problem tho. These glasses were like the cardboard 3d ones... look away from the sun and you were blind... incredibly dark. Transit was cool and completed off my visible checklist of Halleys Comet, full solar eclipse and full lunar eclipse.

damn she is another cold one!
tuesday night the wind picked up right on midnight and i got down to 9C wednesday morning. i hope the wind doesnt this time round, might mean we get a 7 or 8C min.
brief respite from the cold mornings over the weekend, then they are back as a deep low forms off SE Qld and pumps in more dry air.

23.7C here now which is much more lovely at this hour. No surprise to see it reaching 26C. Looks like weather is returning to equilibrium conditions. Ozforecasts show 14-26 and sunny everyday from now on.
I will be going back to Ballina for one month on the 16th next Friday, this going to be sucks for me to experience the true winter conditions! First time in 2 years to experience winter!

Where is the cold you referring to? Its staying 14-25 everyday with coastal sea breezes.
Ballina seems going to be warm at the time I be down there after recent cold hailstorms!
