nah wasnt a c17 either. it had 4 engines trav, a330's have two. but shayne could be correct, just googled the kc-135, the americans are also participating in Tallisman Sabre so its possible it was one of theirs. Lovely looking machine what ever it was.

The one i saw had 4 engines, maybe we are on the wrong page mick poke Is the 4 engine one the refuelling one for the F18s

there is a Civilian Contractor opperating Ex-RAAF Boeing 707 Tankers under the "Omega" name...these guys work for the RAAF and USAF around the place..could possibly have been one of them also...



without getting to "Wingnutty" about it...
Ive seen one of these up close at Williamtown..long ago..

i still have FS2004, not that good at it though, hardly get time to play it these days. usually just get a plane, take off, wing it, and try to land!!

love flying though. best experience, cant get enough of it. sadly im one of those people who looks at each aircraft im flying on with every flight and try and pick a different aircraft each time!
last time i went tsv to bris i went via mackay and rockhampton just because i hadnt been on a F100 in over a decade and never on Q400!!
