Adelaide not this year.... too inconsistent still and their defence leaks badly at times...
Trade out Knights + draft pick for a quality defender IMO at the end of the year.

If i'm lucky this year Richmond might even make the 1st round of the finals. Apart from the dockers game we were playin pretty good....had a bad start because we were matched up against the top 6 for the first 6 rounds. from here richmond has a pretty easy mid season compared to the other teams they played. I say within 5 years richmond will be a good side

Also like Mick said any of the top 6..... the biggest factor i think is consistency with injuries. Because that is what takes out a decent team out of the finals

couldnt figure out why monfries was subed off saturday night, tore his hammy, a month out! tough game this weekend against the dogs without jetta and monfries now.

some massive wins today in the footy. the top 6 sides really putting their skates on. though the crows had to fight it tough to get the win.

just when we get Jetta back, now lost Crameri to the MRP for a bump, one in which even the commentators said it was fine. what on earth is going on with this MRP? need to wake up realise its not netball.

Spot on Mick!! Fans are paying big bucks to go to games and/or watch games via payTV to see the best players playing and they're being rubbed out for non events. MRP and the AFL need to review themselves and quick smart too! It's disgraceful!!

nice win last night, had a feeling the blues would get up and win, thankfully i tipped them. opens up the top 8 yet again.

pretty miserable effort from my boys last night. injury concerns aside, its the type of game that has set us back after a half year of keeping up with the top sides.
st kilda were out of the 8 and we had a great record against them in the previous years. pretty bad and im very disapointed.

im heading to melbourne in a month to see my boys play. i only get down there once a year, and looking likely the match against north melbourne could be without some of our better players.

my rant on the MVP continues, 3rd week in a row a bombers player has been suspended for a bump for two weeks.
take a look at the incident here,

now the MRP states,
"The match review panel assessed the incident as intentional conduct (three points), low impact (one point) and body contact (one point). "
no hocking has a previous record, which is fair enough. and the incident was intentional. but it was 'low impact' and 'body contact'"

so if it was low impact, whats the issue? and this is football, is there not meant to be body contact?

now look back at the last 3 weeks of bumps in which essendon players have been given two weeks for. all of them would have been fine 5 years ago. not one player was injured.
now this collingwood dude, Wellingham, breaks a players jaw and gets just 3 weeks.

what in gods name is going on down there? the game is just being ruined. its really beyond a joke!

In school in rubgy we were encouraged to an extent to show a bit of aggression and try to pull out the passion in us.

Common sense is being overlooked in case they get sued by a player or a youth club after an aggressive altercation

carmichael hunt, kicks a goal after the sire to win it for the Suns, what a great match. thought the suns were the better team most of the match. they ended up kicking 3 goal in 2 minutes at the end and Hunt took a mark with 5 seconds left, kicked it true. awesome effort.
