Thank you for the nice comments for my earlier postings.

Five more shots from the Murrumbidgee River Corridor in the ACT and the little green cottage is on Nangus Creek a tributary of Murrumbidgee River in NSW.

Grose Valley at Blackheath, around 5pm last night, or a bit later:

Sorry to the woman who got startled when she rounded the corner in near dark at this relatively secluded lookout. We were both surprised to see each other.

Late this afternoon (16/7), near the boat ramp at Greenhill, looking downstream along the Macleay River towards West Kempsey. During floods, it is the second fastest flowing river in the world:

Also late this afternoon, at Rudder Park Lookout in East Kempsey, looking across the far southern part of Central Kempsey and the playing fields towards the foothills of the Great Dividing Range.

Tried my hand at some early morning seascape photography today. Reasonably happy with the results however it would appear as though my sensor needs cleaning. Didn't even know it was dirty till I got home and reviewed my pics. Anyway hope you enjoy.

I went out to Boonah Saturday night (early Sunday morning) to watch the meteor shower that was about. We saw lots of shooting stars and even 1 fireball (which is a meteor brighter than the other stars).

Anyway, here is the only one I managed to catch on camera!

Continuing an exploration of the Murrumbidgee River's tributaries, lagoons and floodplains.

Narimba Lagoon aka The Grand Canyon Lagoon. Called Grand Canyon because it is very deep.

Native White Pine on the flood plain of Burkes Creek and The Rock.

The Rock, 35ks south of Wagga Wagga is a very impressive hill ... just a few feet too low, to be called a mountain.

Warren.

On my way back home today, I took a detour up to Mt Tamborine to take photos on some waterfalls/creeks etc. It's the first time I've tried this and I think they turned out pretty good!

Since we're on the subject of waterfalls... the Dog Rock waterfall in Albany.

No post editing at all. No filters used either, turned out quite nicely I thought.

Yep, I'm still around, I want to follow the chase season over east this year. But I keep most of my photography on my page now.
