Yes they are moving extremely fast alright. Quick burst in the city as well picking up 1mm.

They are starting to build nicely on radar. Nice line rolling in now. Even a spec of yellow in it. grin

Has been pouring on and off at holloways.

When it eases up long enough, I'll check the nylex.

Just got home to 27mm recorded on the station so far. Hopefully a bit more overnight. grin

Edit: Looks like some more coming in on the radar. Finger crossed I might get more than the monthly total so far by 9am.

It's moving quite quickly, but there's plenty of heavy showers amongst it.

Seems to keep building as it approaches.

Off to Brisbane this morning for the day. At 4am I measured 42mm from the nylex (overnight total). Still raining now.
Not bad for a forecasted 5-10mm :-)
Looking forward to seeing what's in the gauge when I get home tonight.

36.6mm here, pretty much doubled March total. That'll do me, I'm not greedy, send it up the creeks and rivers.

Tipped out 101mm here at Cow Bay. Took all night to get it from a heap of little squally showers. See its building up a bit of cloud should get some more.

That's not a bad quick total Weathermegs. Boost your March totals up a bit.

Nice totals CBB. The Rainforest will be loving it.

67.2mm to 9am. Looks like a fair bit still to come. Also the forecast for Cairns has been changed to THUNDERSTORMS. That'd be nice. poke
