I am fed up now with this rain. Raining lightly now and last night albeit light. It is becoming too much here. Give us a decent dry spell please !!!

Rain inland not on the coast !

You should move out to the desert if you do not like rain... grin

Well I did live in Perth where we waited 5 months sometimes for it to rain and now it's the complete opposite.

Still I was told this is the "dry tropics" 1000mm of rain so far seems quite wet to me lol.

Stunning weather at the moment, cool morning, light breeze (felt almost cold this morning lol at 17 deg) and tourists all around the lake and beaches this evening. Of course some idiot motorcyclists had to come around and ruin the peace but apart from that very pleasant.

Overcast, gloomy and cool here today, still a tad humid .

Think about 2mm in the gauge.

Counted about 27mm in the gauge ! from today and yesterday combined. Mosquitoes and flies come in the door as soon as you open it lol.

Bring on the dry season please !!!

And what happened to those 16 degree mins !

Also interesting that it rained only in my area but you go up over the hill near the national park and it stopped. It is like its own ecosystem here. Very coastal those showers even in Tanby which is just 1 and a bit km inland they missed out according to what I heard.

Would be nice if my old hometown of Perth could get something 8mm so far this year is ridiculous !

What has happened to the Emerald members on this thread ? Is it quiet on here cos not much is happening or school holidays ? Even the Far North Qld thread is more active than here.
