I hope so, another wet season failure and the agricultural sector will be finished, already farmers are walking off the land in droves.

Almost always after extended dry periods, there is a big switch to wet conditions, sometimes abruptly so. The wet will come, don't worry.

Brisbane 512. Lucky buggers. My pool has dropped an inch in two days so it's not hard to see why RF's dingo dude hit dust all the way down.

Pool cooled down a tad today to HF. Must have been a little less humidity and the breeze was up too which would have helped. We hit 34 degs again.

Got some rolls of thunder about 10 mins ago. Lots of bright lightning filling the sky, yet a patch of stars to the east. Rained for all of 2 minutes, if that. Thunder still rumbling with the occasional bright flash. But as I write I think it's over, the rain part anyway. frown

I was out your way a few weeks back CA28D. It brought back memories of those hot dry days in Melbourne where the wind burns in the shade. Hopefully you got some good rain soon out there.

BoM still have some tuning to do on the new radar as good as it is. The past couple of days there have been some arched echoes about the place.

Any chance of those storms coming our way? We need rain. This is depressing. Long gone are the days were storms brewed up daily on the tablelands giving us some entertainment in the hit and miss nature of the storms. Sigh.

There's red right over us. The drops splattering are big & heavy, but I swear I could walk between them & not get wet. Still lightning & thunder.

Is there an android mobile app for this forum. Really struggling to read on my phone. Enlarging takes it off the page. Font sizes vary. Have searched. Anyone link me pls?
