Always wanted to watch Mt Stuart from somewhere during a good storm. Can very slightly see the towers from here but up close would be awesome grin

You do realize trav that this means you have to stop whinging about how dry Townsville is compared to Cairns.you have so far got 20 times the rain today than I have.

Bluewater is pretty much Gordonvale to Cairns Id say. The airport has only received 5mm today.

The flows now kkicked in and I think we will be lucky to see any more like we did today. Rollingstone and Yabulu is getting nailed.

Fair enough. And admittedly i am in about the worst spot in cairns as far as rain goes. To the point where pacman who only lives about 500m from me as the crow flies gets substantially more rain than I do on 90 percent of occasions. Still. I think the best reading gs in Cairns have been on the beaches and are still only I the 20mm zone give or take.

Don't feel too bad Brett, I reckon we've probably only had round the 20mm mark out here too. Very scattered.
