Oops - spotted a couple of errors on the info page/scoring system I forgot to amend when I changed a couple of the questions. The scores have not changed, but I've updated the info page. Didn't affect anyone but thought I'd be transparent about it smile

Looks like the monsoon trough is set to make an appearance on the synoptic charts over the cape by tomorrow afternoon. From what I can tell, tomorrow would be the official date of monsoon trough landfall if it's on the charts by tomorrow night smile

And there we go.. grin

Looks like this one threw almost everyone, with no one getting a perfect score. croccrew and Popeye now at the top of the list, and SimmoFNQ still holding his ground in the top 3 grin

Early monsoon during a strong El-Nino season, hahahahaha, nobody would have picked that. And if the more reliable models are right then the N & C QLD should be in the firing line for it as well.

I stand corrected. I know I wouldn't have picked a touchdown in December.

Neither, but I'm not complaining, bring on some interesting weather! poke

Meanwhile Port Hedland still remains dry, well past the average date now.

Port Headland seemed to have a bit of radar activity tonight, was there any rain recorded?

Wouldn't appear so. Surprised it's taken this long too.

So, it appears Townsville officially recorded over 50mm on the 29th of Dec at 7:30am, finally some half decent rainfall for the area! That said there didn't appear to be a whole lot of movement on the leaderboard this round (except I'm not at the bottom anymore grin ) smile

I have noticed there seems to be a bit of inconsistency with the rank change value, bear with me on that.

Cheers to Nerd65 for pointing it out to me, was a bit caught up with our own weather it'd seem grin
