How much rain did you end up with for the month? BoMs map showing 200-300% of the May average out your way.

looking to be on the back edge of another vic/nsw lashing
front/coldpool sun-mon.
any rain /showers/drizzle to be had looks to mostly come
from the moisture laden southerly flow from the approach
of the replacing high.
really only good for southern coasts and ranges.

Very persistent mizzle here today with the odd short break. Has been almost continuous since 12pm, gradually getting thicker for a total of 1mm lol...about 0.18mm/h

rain/drizzle this morning on and off cleared just before lunch.
cool to cold but not too bad without the wind.
some models currently have a massive bollocking whopper carpet
bombing se aus late next weekend. nice if it comes off, need/want
something to make last weeks effort look tame.

well like most ive been sitting back watching these models
in basic agreeance over next tuses night/wed with a variation
in as to where and amounts and was waiting for this run to
see how things sat.
well what can i say that i havn't said before on situations
like this.......
#%&*%$ @ the latest runs, these models have gone absolutlety
feral. very droolable indeed.
having said that there's still plenty of time for everything
to back off and become a more than somewhat ordinary event
which in my opinion, if past scenarios are anyhting to go
by, the odds of that happening being better than even.
even though everyone on the land will be hanging out for
this to happen i think the riverland and mallee need this
to come off more than most other places.
here's hoping the weather lives up to the current models.

I'm out that way (around Coffin Bay) this weekend. Certainly looking very green. There was an area analysed as highest on record on the maps - Coffin Bay set a record but only has 30 years of data.

(Pretty wild out just at the moment, too, with gusts in the 70-80 km/h range).

A surprising 5.1mm for myself as at 10am today.

Tipped out 38.4mm of VERY welcome rainfall for my property at Ponde as at yesterday at about 10am. This was for the period 25/4/19 - 09/06/19.

However, the ground was still very dry & hard in some places probably due to the anti wetting nature of the gutless Murray Mallee sandy loam.

Had a few showers off and on during the day with a temp of about 11C for most of the time we were there. It was nice to hear the rain on the tin roof of the shed smile
