14mm for me last night, or more so this morning to be exact.

I don't mind the look of the next few days, especially for the coast, fingers crossed it comes off.

We're under a bizarre little cell out here at the moment - the sun is shining, thunder is rumbling and the rain drops are on steroids!! It's over already haha! 😄

Ergon is load shedding. Air cons have just gone off. Checked the relay in the fusebox for the tariff and it's currently off.

Been laid low with the flu. That's what happens when you work in a school when every now and then a better than usual flu gets into your system and man it is the pits. Feel like I have been run over. I was thinking about heading out to the Dam for some photos but my body has rejected that idea.

Just checked the 512klm radar and it is all happening west of us.

The heat this arvo was viscous. A storm would be great, even a light show in the distance would be better than this rubbish. Roll on the first single digit minimum for 2016 because naff all is happening between now and then.

I understand how you feel tsunami.
I like the city too, but can't stand the boring hot and dry weather with barely any rain ever. Had a look back through my personal records for last year's winter and saw only 2 mornings below 10C, one being 9.6C and the other 9.9C, and then only a handful of other nights below about 18C.

After the boring weather I've experienced in the 3 years I've lived here now, I have to say, I am really looking forward to moving south.

Finally some nice weather!
Bucketing down, lots of flashing and some loud thunder here in Hermit Park right now.

Will be interesting to see some of the rainfall totals this produces.
