The drive from Dimbulah -> Mt Mulligan -> Mt Carbine would be interesting just about now, would be some quick rises on some of those creeks I reckon

the only good thing about these cells is it's priming parts of the catchments.

forecasts dropped right off to SFA again , Que Gomma Pile , Surprise surprise surprise ...

Have a great NYE everyone , don't drink and drive Cheers

EDIT: and they are washing out ..

LOL RF.

Yep, you take rain honours for December, 86.1mm under average for me!!

Horn Island has done very well over the last few days rain wise, nearly 300mm with no end in sight just yet.

GFS has hit the nail right on the head again with rainfall modelling throughout that area, NT, Gulf, including the monsoonal flow into central Queensland, which is just starting to kick off.

Our turn next, 100mm+ to keep DU and Scott happy...lol

Yeah good one Ron..there are definitely some models worth looking at but they are not weather related unfortunately...

Oh I hope so too HF and DU...I guess the best we can hope for is to jag a low somehow....

I think we managed just over 100 mm for December..

I have been teaching the boy how to drive this past year as he will be 16 in March and trying to impress upon him the importance of why and how to use the handbrake..... I guess these guys missed that lesson..

Right, well, since last nights 6mm fell before midnight I added it to last years total bringing it to 3101mm or best I can recall allowing for old age forgetfulness about jotting every drop down on my calendar.
Now I wonder what Bunyip or Cow Bay Bob got...
