That black core close to the old abandoned town of Florieton on the Burra Morgan Rd has been stationary for the last 45 minutes. Must be a deluge heading down the burra creek.

Sitting on the front deck drinking beer watching the Morgan cell spark. She's lightning active big time. Another epic Riverland beast.

Can see it here at our place northwest of Burra... spanking beast, but not too many bolts to be seen on this side... some epic crawlers however. grin

I'm up between eudunda and burra east of robertstown, talk
About fireworks, totally psychedelic, less than 1 second
between flashes, bugger all CGs, got maybe 1 good shot, the
eye candy before sundown was nuts.
Thought it was all going to turn to crap then it all took off
at once and just kept ramping up from there. Still going crazy
almost but not quite under it all, bin a long day and a long
way Home still.

Crawlers are fantastic! Nice strobing lightshow from here, I can see flashes from a cell SE of Cowangie in Vic aswell. Only problem are these damn mozzies, they are relentless.

Just a guess but a weak low pressure that will be forced south by a following high.

Look at all the lightning evaporate like magic on the tracker, I mean now I've seen it all. You cannot make this up. The sooner we get rid of this Derpcember the better. Start a fresh with hope of proper summer temps and storms in the new year.

Just getting rain now, died a miserable bastard death quicker than getting screwed by a rabbit with blue balls.

Most epic FIZZZZEEERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR of my life. The only saving grace was this unique heat and humidity which was awesome and an unexpected gift from this FAILBOURNE Derpcember. If I knew this was going to be a fizzer (should've known better) I wouldn't have invested in beer, but now I am too pissed off to not drink.

Look at those storms multiplying like bacteria as they head towards Mt Gambier of all the freaking subarctic places in and offshore the SE coast with it's tropical 15C waters. Can god or someone explain this to me? HERP DE DERP.

Cells going up over Adelaide aswell, and there is a big complex near Peterborough which will either die in the ass or arrive at 5am when I am out of beer and off my tits hungover. Bollocks.

ROFLMAO@Galaxyman
been there and experienced that more times than you've had hot
dinners and changes of undies all put together.
nice to see someone else get shafted instead of me for a change.
over 30yrs of storm watching and chasing one gets to see a lot
but one gets to miss a lot more.
looks like renmark is getting drilled right now, from the sounds
of it you'd be somewhere flako about now.

After watching the big line of storms die out last night I went to bed but got 13mm by the time I woke up so not all lost, sure hoping for a storm with some intensity before its all over if its not already.
