Reached 37.7°C here in Belgrave, following an overnight low of 16.9°C. Actual temperature would've been closer to around 34-35°C, but there was no denying the fact that the last day of summer was hot!
I noted a few smoke plumes on the way home from Boronia from possible grassfire/bushfire activity (in Lysterfield/Rowville, and towards Emerald), but didn't get a chance to view the CFA or Emergency Services Victoria websites.
Had a slight breeze to partially offset the heat, but otherwise it was a hot, dry, mostly sunny day.
Currently around 25°C.
Sad to say goodbye to summer once again. :'(
