One or two scattered showers even pushing over near me. Very light and unlikely to give us any measurable precip if indeed a shower actually hits here.

Pleasant temp at around 17

Radar showing that line really intensifying, incoming. Sky looking really dark to the SE of me.

Sun out is actually what is needed to get any thunder or small hail. This morning we were under total light - moderate rain overcast, a quick way to shut down any convection. A couple of small heavier showers down todays Batemans Bay may do something.

Definitely some convection around now with mostly sunny to partly cloudy conditions here for last couple of hours.

The clouds to the east are definitely storm clouds, not just rain clouds. So a bit of thunder and rain would not surprise although I wouldn't be expecting a full blown storm or hail, but they are possible.

Sydney had some big totals overnight. e.g. 30mm at OH.

The morning was overcast with light showers. There hasn't been rain for a while and we have had a few sunny periods since lunch time.

After a break late this week and on the weekend, the next change looks like a Southerly, followed by a resumption of the Easterly pattern. As long as the highs stay to the South, the Tasman will keep generating troughs and lows.

Yeah looks good up your way. Looking at the radar it may not be all over here either.

My place is on the 'o' of Dapto of the 128km Wgong radar.

What a lovely sunny afternoon, not a cloud in the sky and a light to moderate easterly wind blowing there is just a small tower out west moving further west, would love some rain though.

Round 2 on its way through in the next 10mins or so. Only ended up with 5mm out of round 1, looks like this will be roughly the same. A short but sharp line of showers with some lighter stuff following behind.

Geez it feels cold after that heavy shower. Just a tick under 15C and very calm but still feels chilly as. It feels genuinely wintry, damn I'm going to have to buy a nice jacket or jumper for the winter. All my winter clothing has faded and so I haven't been wearing it and have felt cold more than one in the last few days.

I think this is one of the quickest transitions to winter I can remember. Usually it's slower with a mix of hot and cool days before just constant cooler weather. But this year we had constant warmth and humidity a week ago but now it's colder with way lower dew points. We will see a few warm days but there will mainly just be mild to cool days now.
