I will miss your frog, unless you put him somewhere else.

Think it might be time we all need to rethink how/where we host our pics. I know a number of people use imgur, but how long will it take imgur to go the same way as photobucket.

Someone on another forum recommended this site: http://www.pbase.com/pricing.html
Looks okay, but you wouldn't want to have a lot of photos.

It seems I have only used 1% of my free allowance on photobucket, and it seems my photos are all still in place. I don't like the latest versions of the PB app, and uninstalled it. So any pics from me from now on will be a link to Google Drive, and no thumbnail to tempt anyone to view... crazy

Yep HF...looks like this rubbish wind will continue for the next week with hopefully a bit of slack air after that...sure was glad to get out on the water..the ramp was insane on Saturday..a couple of bingles I heard of and the obligatory half mile walk from where I parked the car..

So another Tully valley banana farm has tested positive to Panama Disease...no surprise really...

We just had our annual Panama inspection with nothing to report...hope they cleaned their boots well before arriving though..

If has definitely been windy for the last few days. I thought it was bad up here but had to drop a friend back down in Cairns and it was howling yesterday. Pretty chilly wind as well.
Nights are a lot warmer than average this month so far, nearly 3c for the MAP.

I have never seen my mango tree flower like this. Doesn't that mean we are going to have a really good wet. poke My other mango tree is starting to get flower buds coming through, will see if it agrees.

Looks like the wind will drop back in time for Rodeo weekend. Has been pretty hectic up here for the last few weeks.

Hopefully it will not be like previous years. This dry has been really good so far with only a couple of nuisance windy spells. Previous years it just blows for weeks at a time before you get a week of no/light winds.
It is more a nuisance than anything else. It is never strong enough to do any damage. Some tomato trellis can become crooked and 1 or 2 corn plants lean over but that is only on a really windy, comparatively, day lol

The avocadoes west of Mareeba are flowering quite profusely too.

Wind at Chillagoe not too bad, yet. Still got a bit of ground cover, so whirlwind season hasn't arrived yet. Thank heavens.

35 mm over the last 10 days..

Just the odd shower and plenty of drizzly crap..lovely nighttime temperatures though..minimum temps currently running at nearly 4c above average

Might try and sneak out for a fish on sunday morning if we get a bit of sub 15 knots of breeze..
