Max so far a bit under 13 degrees.

Still cloudy, brief weak sun a little earlier but quite cloudy again.

Well RP, so far the max is about half way between your forecast for here and the Boms. grin

I don't think we will get past 13. Cloud cover relatively thick, sun not breaking through.

That is true Dave. Well one thing I knew for sure what that it was never going to reach 15C.

Today was possibly the most boring day we have ever had. Almost full cloud cover, coolish weather and no wind all day.

You got convection down there?

I'm sitting here looking at some grumpy clouds

Surprising 11.9C max when we had some brief watery sun, pretty gloomy now and temp is on its way down.
Can't win em all WR.

On Tuesday there was fog at Hassans Walls and surroundings until 2pm, didn't really lift at all at 1000m+

Nah just grey with a bit of lower cloud which is possibly a bit convective.

True Teddy, that's actually surprisingly warm. The inversion obviously wasn't as strong today as yesterday.

Nothin better than a nice country drive. smile

Nah, took the day off to take the missus to a job interview, we'll be moving to probably Blackheath now with the removal of Stamp Duty.

A little bit of instability about tomorrow afternoon for the Hunter, no storms are forecasted although storms are mentioned in the marine forecast, I wouldn't be surprised to see some convection about.

The sun is rising and it is 9.0C already. Two days ago at this time, it was -4.0C. I've opened the back door to help cool the house.

This is totally crazy weather. If the temp now was -2.0 to maybe 2.0C that would make sense. 9.0C does not make sense. It looks like we are in for a hot one today.

Any chance of that storm on the radar off the Sydney South Metro Coast heading back to shore?

This is absolutely fascinating weather. Full cloud, no wind and chilly. The temp has hardly moved in the Tablelands, very warm night in the high single digits and only a couple of degrees higher now. But yet the areas that were cold overnight still area. Cooma Ap is on 5C, Bombala 4C while Canberra is right up at 12C. While Bega is under 9C probably in fog.

A lot of high cloud about here with a light NW breeze blowing, quite warm in the sun, already 18c.
