G'Day all,

Just something I've noticed over the last few months but thought it was a brief issue but seems not. When I select 18hrs of radar loop at a single station for example Adelaide I do not get 18hours. Example that the most recent one is 09:12CST this morning and the last is 22:24CST last night. Thats more like 11hrs. If I go to the state view however I get my 18hours. I really would like this fixed if possible.

Cheers

Newcastle Radar on WZ has had that problem for at least a year now.
Select 18 hours, and it only shows the past 11 hours.
Select 12 hours, and it only shows 7 hours.
Select 6 hours, and it only shows 3 hours.
Select 3 hours, and it only shows 2 hours.
Select 2 hours, and it only shows 1 hours.
Select 1 hour, and it only shows 40 minutes.
Select 30 mins, and it only shows 20 minutes.

Grafton (my primary radar), Namoi and Brisbane all work as they should though.

Yep that's pretty much exactly the same as Adelaide. Knew it had been a while but certainly time does fly.

Reckon it is down to the sites that have 6 minute updates rather than 10. When selecting the number of hours you want to loop it is generating a number of images based on a 10 min update...so for newer sites with more frequent updates it is generating for a much shorter period of time...guess this is an internal fix that Weatherzone has to put in place. Anyone want to bump them on it?
