Certainly a fantastic start to summer for us here.

Would be pushing 70mm from this event so far. One place I heard is over 100mm.

Other places only down to 30mm.

Is that water at the back of your yard from Moore's Creek?

It had stopped for about 10 mins but started again now. It’s a gully that runs down into Moore’s creek, there’s drainage pipe in the ground but it doesn’t cope with a huge amount of water.

Ducked out n checked the gauge showing 89mm so far, but reports of 150mm around rocky so far.

The airport is only showing 21mm. The heavy stuff is pretty isolated. Not much here, has been all around us. I doubt we have had 10mm today.

A friend on Facebook from Bundaberg messaged me yesterday saying "Oh wow you're getting so much rain I see on the BOM radar "

Hardly got much at all and even in town in Yeppoon wasn't raining very hard in the afternoon . A few mm really.

Must have been mainly around Rocky/ not widespread / inland

Also need to move my rain gauge as the garden has grown a bit maybe blocking it a bit .

My place is the greenest I have seen in years. It is piddling down today with thunder to go with it.

I still don't have a fence around the back yard. I am so glad the fencers used common sense and didn't just pull down the front yard at the same time. Hopefully this week I will have my fences done.
