We had 11mm here and very very close lightning after the rain had long gone.

Darn loud and rumbly here. I have 2 dogs that hate each other, will fight at every opportunity (hence the muzzles) sitting within one foot of each other at my feet trembling in fright.

Storms forecast for today again. That means my trip to town is cancelled. Causeways are still under though I could get out it is getting back in that could be problematic if we get another good drenching.

Seems the southerly change is having the brakes put on it from the system up north creating some convergence on the coast. Had 30mm overnight and still raining now. I wish it would just piss off for a while now, I need to get back to work.

Yeppoon is really bad with humidity at the moment and not a lot of air movement ,breeze is not strong enough yet. Feels like temp of 33 and nearly 80 percent humidity .

Hmmm. It is raining. Why am I not surprised. I think I need to find a reset button for the weather. It seems to be stuck.

I wish I could. We are up around the 400ml for this event that seems to be pretty localised here.

Now I need driveway repairs. frown

At least 10mm here from that rain that passed over, waiting to see if that lines moves north or sticks around south of yeppoon for a bit. Still a light shower falling at the moment.
