Thank you Seabreeze.

I have posted on my blog a monthly report on February weather at Manilla.
https://climatebysurly.com/
The month was cooler than in 2017, both on the average and in having fewer forty-degree days. With little rain and very dry air, a drought threatened, but a violent front with 54 mm on the 25th disposed of that.
The 3-year climate trend graphs show a moist-then-cool loop at winter 2016. Minima in night-time and subsoil temperatures came four or five months later.
The summer report will show a similar retreat from the extreme heat and dryness of a year ago.
