Anybody know how to turn off that infuriating blue dot that tells you your location on the radar screens ?...It's just big enough to obscure the rainfall totals. In any case I know where I am in the world and don't need that sort of wet nursing ;-))

Already complained about it
Didn't seem to be heard I guess.
It's bloody annoying that's for sure.

I too am in Wagga and find that the large blue dot obscures the rainfall reading. Is there any way we can go back to the red dot which clearly showed the preferred location whilst also allowing one to view the rainfall ?

So l have written to Weatherzone again...

l HATE that Blue dot, don't you guys get the message, its TOO BIG, or you just don't care. It obscures the area. l have brought it to your attention before. Please give us the LITTLE Red Dot back.
&
The satellite page for me is not showing any cloud no matter what setting l put it on, visible or water vapor etc, this has been for nearly a week, remember you are charging us for this service. Does not matter if l click on Aust or a state, its all the same, NO SATELLITE CLOUD

Working okay for me. Try unticking the satellite box at the bottom of the page and then re-tick and press refresh button also at the bottom of the page.

The satellite works fine for me as well (currently using the MS Edge browser).

Yeah I can't get rid of the dreaded blue dot either. Mind you, it is nicely sandwiched in between Buderim/Maroochydore ATM. I do know where I am at (most times lol) and for me - Blue Dot serves no purpose but to obscure my view somewhat. A tiny red square would suffice for me.

Edit: Viewing on Chromebook.

Quite easy to get rid of the blue dot completely.

Make sure you have uBlock Origin add-on installed:
https://www.ublock.org/

Once installed, right click on blue dot -> Click 'Block element' -> Roll over shaded area, and click 'Create'.

You now have no blue dot.

Got the Sat back, no idea what happened there....

AS far as that Blue Circle goes, why should we have to install a program to Block it when Weatherzone could just get rid of it and put the small red dot back????

Seabreeze why cant you comment on this, you obviously follow whats going on.? Please

East side of Bunya Mountains Qld, no rain for a month, dams are dry.

I'm not employed by Weatherzone so I don't know anything about it (only a volunteer moderator on the forum).
