As usual, my monthly weather report for Manilla will be posted in a few days on my blog:
https://climatebysurly.com/

Here are the three-year trends of climate anomalies to include March. [All six graphs have daily maximum temperature anomaly on the x-axis.]

March raw values of anomalies are indicated in orange. It was pretty hot and dry. That is more like January than February.

Smoothed values of anomalies go as far as September 2017, six months ago. At that time, temperature anomalies, which had been static, began to increase. On the other hand, moisture anomalies, which had been moving up the graphs towards drought, became static.

Earlier, the month of February 2017 marked a sharp reversal of trend in climate anomalies. Daily maximum temperature anomaly peaked. Most others (not rainfall) retraced in March and April the values of January and December. The curvature of the trace (relative to daily maximum temperature anomaly) kept the same sense after April 2107 as before December 2016. For subsoil temperature anomaly, the trend reversal came four months later, in June 2017.
