Only 18C and some light rain and drizzle around, I doubt we get to our forecast max of 24C.
After tomorrow, all low 20s forecast as well, so a nice cool down, and probable end to the swimming season and warm weather.

We just had one of the heaviest showers of the entire summer season. 11mm in 15 minutes with solid wind gusts included. Was very ECL like in the middle of it.

Seems like more to come. A green or yellow piece of rain is quite a bit heavier on Newie radar compared to Sydney radar. Rack up 50mm+ please.

Lest we Forget.

Looks like a line of showers / storms are pushing in from the east. Hopefully they make it.

Models have been so trash lately who knows what’s going to happen in the next few days.

Maybe away from the coast, an average 22 here. Can see that line of showers / storms off the coast.

Don't think they'll come from the east tbh more likely to ride the SE, as we see in the radar showers are popping up and moving in from the South East all along the central coast.

Yeah it was 25 at Albion Park at the time.

And yeah I can see some pretty tall towers out to sea, so maybe it will get interesting tonight.

That yellow/orange cell off the coast to the SE could be interesting for places like Kiama/Gerringong/Gerroa etc.

Some showers finally making it onto the coast around Bulli. It has become very cloudy in the last hour or so, it's closing in from the east but also forming along the top of the escarpment and covering parts of it.

Surely it is bound to rain tonight given that I washed the car today! And they will probably be big dirty drops too laugh

Stormcast still going for likely storms in the metro and and the border between the tablelands and the hunter. Although storms possible North of Nowra.
Picturesque day though.

Only the 6.7mm here today from some short sharp showers. Prior to lunch and the Pub I couldn't believe how low the clouds were. Now there are some rather good looking storm clouds about.
