Very windy here Kino. Some real window rattling gusts.
Started about 10.30 am.

Been on and off showers/drizzle most of the day here at work in Orange. Probably 1 or 2mm so far. Nice and cold

It's got quite cloudy in the last hour or so.

Today was actually fairly warm, reaching 19-21 degrees across Sydney, although that wind made it feel cooler. Then again, I think it's the wind that has kept the nights warm, consistently overshooting the forecast the last few nights.

Showers are now moving through the Blue Mountains. Mt Boyce is on 5.3, down from a max of 9.1 just before 2:00PM. Orange is on 6, Bathurst on 8. THose would be a little below average but not particularly cold.

Interesting Steve, nights have been well-below here. Probably Foehn effect.

It is getting cooler here in Bathurst with some showers (heavy at times). Fairly windy ... excited to see what this system will hold.

Is it going to rain tonight or get very windy at the SCG during the footy?

Footy?
The football is in Russia at the moment.
What is this "footy" you speak of?
Anyway, whatever is on at the SCG, it isn't going to rain.

Here comes the colder air, showers pushing through Goulburn dropped the temp 2c.

Just saw some video of heavy snowfall in Corin Forest in the ACT! Impressive, hopefully those shortwave troughs deliver big time.

This "event" has done well so far for the ski fields.
Perisher has transformed from grass to skiable within 36 hrs.
Hopefully, it's sliding north and the highlands will get some decent white stuff. Models still appear to agree.

Quite a nice winters day up here, about 20 or 21c according to my car thermometer, a little bit breezy at times.
Calm as now.

Meteye have upped the anti ever so slightly for rainfall, I still think they need to double it.

Meteye has snow forecasted for the BTs for Sun, Mon and Tuesday, I might have to ring in sick on Monday!!

The wind was quite tame today but yes it's nasty tonight. 100+ km at Bellambi right now [censored] that. Yet everywhere else, even on the Highlands, it's not too bad.

Either should see snow tomorrow pm. Higher ground the best target til the real cold air arrives Sunday am.
