The forum doesn't pay for itself (look at the ski.com model with user pays subscriptions so the forum pays for itself), therefore the UBB software hasn't been updated in years. The forums are a hassle to moderate, it's been in a steady decline for a while... take your pick really.

Nevermind that some of the forums are dominated by complete t*s*ers (ie. the regular contributors to ENSO thread).

Well thatís a shame. I guess itís out of our control, so we just move elsewhere.
Iím happy to start a private Facebook Tassie Weather page if people are interested?
Let me know if thatís an option for us and Iíll get onto it.
It would be a shame to not have our regular snow level and general weather events reports.

Other than that, this is a really nice winter system at the moment. Not as low as weíd all like, but plenty of precipitation about, and some nice cold temps!

Hi all for the last time,

Its been great talking to everyone over the past couple years and reading up on the forums over the many weather events down here!
