Although I couldn't get up a doppler reading onto the storm. Hopefully everyone that way stays safe.
Seems like no storms for me today.

Some decent cells going through here atm.

Nice to hear thunder when I got home, could not tell anything was going on due to the scud moving in from the NE.
Radar showing some nice action around the place.

That storm to the NW looks intense!

A decent weather watch in NSW tomorrow and on to Saturday morning. That surface low currently in SW NSW is heading toward Sydney and south of ( by the diurnal max tomorrow. and deepening during the evening.. ACCESS windstreams showing numerous eddies forming along the trough line from NSW to far north. This tends to indicate a strong vigorous trough.

and a trough from Tassie to Sydney forming on Friday and extending the whole eastern sea board and extending to the Darwin low
Looks like severe weather to me for a couple of days..Thursday night to Saturday morning.

Well the radar's filled up since the last time I looked. Some pretty intense cells there, although it look's like they will pass to the North of Hornsby.

There's been light to moderate rain here. The thunder stopped a while ago, however.

The warning area now takes in Western and Nirthern Sydney and the Gosford area, plus the Upper Hunter.

Lots of low rumbles about, but going by the radar all the action appears to be well north of here.

It will be interesting to see how Merriwa has coped, I hope everyone is OK up there.

Campbelltown and Liverpool will get hit by the line barreling thru the southern highlands

26mm here at glenorie. Just missed the first cell too which was black on radar. Have had close cg action for over 30 mins now amongst the heavy rain, still teaming down

Light rain here with lots of rumbles from the CC lightning.

Radar has definitely filled in nicely and bit more of this to come by the look of it.

Have had very heavy rain here for over 20 minutes. Did not really expect this.
There's also been some serious CG's and thunder.

This has really been the best storm season for many a year.

This is probably the best month for storms since Dec 2014.
