Just dropped to 24c. I think the MAP DP has been buggered since that big storm.

Weather station reads 34.5 degrees here, but it doesn't feel that warm.

It's clock keeps getting slower, so I expect it's temperature readings will have to start failing at some stage soon.

Currently 33.5c and DP at 25.3c. Just walked the electric fence perimeter to remove any fallen branches from yesterdays storm. Dripping with sweat now.

Sure is RF. Hopefully we will start seeing cells by 1pm. Storms will be moving as fast as yesterday if not faster.

Nice solid downpour here at home; short lived however making the place all the more humid for it.

6mm in the gauge.

35.9 degrees and 37% humidity
Mostly sunny, of course, but to the east are some very high puffy clouds building up and look like they're moving this way.

I've got to go to Atherton on Friday to get the airbags changed on the car, it will probably dump torrents over the road between Chillagoe and Almaden. They'll have to wash it beforehand to work on it, instead of afterwards...

ACCESS R hopeful for you guys in the proximity of 20 deg S give or take a deg or 2. Tonight and all day tomorrow
Townsville is 19.5 deg s latitude

ACCESS R showing an intense but not overly wide rain signal in this area overnight and all day tomorrow. If that happens you should do ok. The signal is very coastal overnight
The low over Townsville region midnight ish
Apparently you will have a NE infeed coming through the eastern and southern flank of this low from midnight to tomorrow arvo with some very heavy rain rates.
Here is the link

Lights dimmed for quite a few seconds, and now it has just started to dump rain, a bright flash of lightning, and a big rumble of thunder. Looks good on the radar. Fingers crossed. Who needs Penny if this keeps up every day or so.

Edit:

It can't possibly miss us, can it? We'll get a couple millimetres out of it.

There goes another rumble. Nice.
