Looking unstable everywhere. Looks like this is the best chance for something.

cloudy here. More like overcast.

Son has paid the sparky for the destruction his dog did. He also spent a warmer than he wanted night the first night home due to the lack of aircon.

As I was mowing the lawn this afternoon a couple of times there was what looked like a storm coming then it fizzled out then again it looked like something then it fizzled.

It's almost like March feels warmer than February .

Perhaps tomorrow is better for storms forecast says storms 70 percent chance .

We used to have a Doberman Cross back in Bundy, scared of storms then we had a Labrador and storms had no effect . Not sure why some dogs just hate storms.

And the humidity was just so high today yet we get nothing out of it ... seems unfair . I mean the level of humidity on the coast here was tropical... oh well..

Looks like Emerald has finally copped a storm, line continuing east and seems to be regaining strength, might make the coast might not. If not I feel tomorrow may be a good chance again.

My staffy cross does not mind storms at all. Even if we get a shower she loves to play in it lol
Mind you she will bark at absolutely nothing, go figure lol smile

My stumpy cattle dog doesn't care about storms. Wouldn't say she loves them and does get a bit nervous when they bang and crash but retreats to her bed on the veranda. When she was younger she would run around barking at it.

I see all the storms are giving us a wide berth tonight.

The son's stupid dog is a bull arab x cattle dog. Size of a small horse.

It is raining. Well, there is water falling from the sky. Now and then.

Hopefully we will get some real rain tonight. Stupid is in the house, just in case.

Scored 22ml. Best rain in forever. Hopefully more to come.

Hubby had to go the long way to work this morning in Moura as the track through the mine was closed due to the rain.

Must have come down hard at one stage as we managed a bit of run into the dam we have had dug out. About the only inflow it has had this season. Things are looking up.

Overcast darkish with no rain and light winds ... SE wind change has moved from today to Tuesday to mid week now to next Saturday on the GFS model. A tiny bit less humid than yesterday.

Showering but still it is refusing to rain en masse along the CQ coastal strip. Coast to ranges region.

10mm so far. Have heaps of dead grass now.

Storm has eased here now. It lasted about 45mins and dropped 50mm!!! Didn't think I would ever see that sort of rain out here in Moranbah. Hopefully old Grosvenor Creek got a run.
