The coordination and physical skill is impressive to watch. Even having the ability to have a chat while performing the stunts surely must take some stomach strength.

Loc: Melbourne (Belgrave); Corryong...
Currently here at Merimbula on the NSW South Coast, it is quieter here "aviation-wise" than Corryong, Northeast Victoria. There's no shortage of aircraft though; I'm near the local airport and in addition to the traffic I am used to the sight and loud noise of planes (and occasionally helicopters) landing and taking off overhead! smile

Many of the planes are scenic flights, as well as REX (Regional Express) flights to and from Melbourne, Sydney, and Moruya. smile

At higher altitudes, I sometimes see planes travelling between Tasmania (Hobart and Launceston) and Sydney and Brisbane. smile

I've also noted planes travelling between Melbourne and New Zealand (usually Auckland), Nadi in Fiji, and Los Angeles on occasion. smile

Let's all stand near the burning jet and take photos.

It just shows how far we have come, and by that I mean in terms of Stupidity. Deciding that it is more important to video your escape than save your life, and also the footage of some trying to get their bags out of the overhead. TSK.TSK.

Virgins last Embraer E190, VH-ZPH flew its final revenue service between Newcastle and Brisbane today. Sad to see these gradually leaving our skies over last few years. Virgin had 18 of them in service at one point. Comfortable aircraft to fly in.
not all is lost, VH-ZPH is reported to be heading to GetGo for domestic routes.

this rubbish was put out by the "Diversity Council". Diversity is meant to show us both our similarities and our differences, from what i see todays world is too busy trying to show how similar we are whilst forgetting our differences. Gone are the good old days of customer service where you judged your customer by who they are, not what they are.

The point these clowns miss is by demanding staff use gender-neutral terms, they’re actually discriminatiing against those who are happy to be identified by their biological sex.
