Interesting article about a possible tsunami risk along the eastern seaboard of the USA, if a slab of the Cumbre Vieja volcano on the Canary Island of La Palma collapses. To me, it's kinda pulling at the same strings employed by some of those big budget Hollywood disaster movies, but is still interesting to speculate about smile

There are probably a thousand such scenarios right around the world, but each is living in natiural history time, not a persons lifetime.

I have oftened thought about what the SE coast of NSW faces, right towards NZ. NZ is very active earthquake wise, what if a chuck of milford sound were to slip into the Tasman.
