Hi i would like to know how do i go about wind direction when i go fishing/boating as i fish port philip bay i lauch from altona and geelong and bellarine peninsula thanks

Well its been a while but I did live in vic for the first 21 years of my life and its always best when the wind is from the west or s/west.
We always used to say, when the wind is from the west the fishn at its best. But if the wind is from the east the fish bite the least.

There has been so good fishing off the Gold Coast with the water temp rise to 27c in patches
a few big game around and plenty of yellow tail king up to 20kg. Hope this warm water gives us a TC lets see what happens
