Is there a way to generate the URL to a RSS feed based on a location's postcode?

I manage a staff portal for a government organisation with offices in towns all over Australia.

I already use the free Weather Forecast Button to give staff their local information: this button gives the forecast for one day only. I've noticed that the RSS feeds give forecasts for the next two days.

If possible, I'd like to use the postcode data which staff have already saved in their personalised pages to get the correct RSS for their town.

Thanks in advance.

Yeah, you just change the string to point at the postcode. For example change "code=9477" to "pc=3000"
