Lucky you, RC. Nothing at all up here in Mackay. I assume that you must be located a little south of Rockhampton because that's where most of the precipitation was early this morning .. though not many people would have got 10 mm.

You missed out RN, I got 0.8mm, and Te Kowai got 1.8mm.

Rockhampton's forecast is looking pretty interesting:

Outlook for Wednesday ... Isolated showers near the coast, developing inland during the afternoon. Rain developing from the west late.
Outlook for Thursday ... Showers and rain periods.

Good Evening fellow CQ Weather followers. Thanks for the new thread RD, looking forward to the spring and summer ahead. Not sure what we can expect, but as with any upcoming TC season a strike here in CQ is possible. Looking good for some further showers for the week ahead.

We've had nothing so far, however I just had to get the washing off the line, as it started to sprinkle! At this point in time, any rain is good rain for me smile

Not sure how much we have had as its really coming down outside so I cant check. It has been raining pretty much all afternoon, and then heavy tonight. My guess is probably around 25-30mm possibly so far today. According to bom its 17mm so far, but I had 20mm this arvo and its poured down since then.

Hi all. New member to the forum (used to post under a different name, but forgot my password!)

We had a good storm in Longreach last week, 60mm over two days. Apart from that, I don't think we're expecting much in the way of weather until 'storm season' in November/December.

Should be fun!
