Unfortunately the rain didn't happen here for us. Scrolling down the Observations list ,the rain was widespread last night with some areas doing very well indeed.

Just saw some amazing acrobatics with a helicopter sprayer on the property behind mine. Sorry for the quality, but he was moving so fast, and I was zoomed in:

There seems to be a little cloud along the hills and a little out to sea but that's it. Seems it is Gladstone's turn at the moment.

I'm not surprised Bom are having trouble with the forecast at the moment. Rain can pop up anywhere in these conditions.

Those crop duster pilots are some of the best chopper pilots you will ever see RD.

Yeah it's a special spot FNQ. smile

The high cloud has cleared from here, and low cloud is starting to roll in from the North. It's already started to build-up on the mountains as well.

I agree, it feels like we may get something later on. On the radar, there is some activity building to the WSW of Ravenshoe already.

The cloud from the GOC continues to move across the CYP as well.

Can hear thunder to my West initially, and now some rumbles to my North. Seems to be moving in this general direction now. *fingers crossed*

An easy 4mm here (6mm at the alert) with this light rain. Looks to be breaking up, but there is more developing behind it.

Storms inland though nothing big. Also has anyone see the clouds rolling off the hills and across the Northern Beaches? Very dark with many towers.
