For as long as I can remember, every winter, without fail, we receive blustery W/SW winds day in day out. These usually continue into september but after that we usually receive more humid SE/NE winds following a change and N/NW winds preceeding a change. But this year the westerlies are continuing well into November and most of December for days at a time following a change. I can never remember this sort of weather pattern occuring before at this time of year. confused

The coastal areas of SE QLD never got any real strong westerly burst this year. Now we have pretty missed out on our spring/ early summer storm season. Wonder what will happen during our what season?
