Gorgeous photos folks... just amazing Australian weather. cool

Something different here this morning, a full fogbow. I've only ever seen partial ones here, so this was a lovely surprise. smile Below is a 6-shot handheld panorama.

Cheers, Helen

Helen that is fantastic. Have seen a few and they are very very hard to capture with their "delicate" tones smile
Was a beautiful evening in the southern ranges.

Down the driveway

The reason its so red

The single cumulus burns a lonely red with the sun's last rays..
And yes it really was that colour! Supersaturated reds of rare intensity! eek

Fantastic shots everyone! laugh

Tim, especially like the Down the driveway pic
How many shots in the pan?

Helen, well done with the Fogbow; the pan turned out beautifully.
Reminds me of Werner\'s Cloudbow photo he took a while ago ... wink

Thanks folks, it sure was nice to see. smile Yep Paul, remember that cloudbow of Werner's real well, thanks for posting the link up here. laugh I turned the barrel distortion correction off in PF and the pan came out better than with it on... good to remember in future for full rainbows, too. wink

Tim, WOW, I love that panorama, such rich and vibrant natural colours in the evening's setting sun. Would love to have been there for that one. cool

There have been some stunning images while I have been away for 2 weeks! Love your fog bow Helen, just amazing...well done!

Great sunset Jane O, I was watching it whilst cooking dinner (again) wink

I've spent the last 2 weeks at Flinders and captured a sunrise, sunset and a massive rainbow with primary and secondary bows as well as bright spokes or wheels. Was a great sight and sacrificed my camera getting wet for it wink

More rainbow images here. (including pans)
