Beautiful captures Wolfcat, the birds silhouetted against the sunset fantastic. I'm probably not quite as much of a fan of the composition on the second one, but the beautiful detail which you captured in the birds wing really catches my eye smile

I'm always excited when a front arrives on the weekend, it means there are clouds about and I can get some good shots. It's a sunrise shot at Palm Beach on Sydney's northern beaches. I'm posting this in a sunset thread, oh well. smile

only had time to switch from my 11-16mm lens to my 18-200mm lens to get this... so the shot was done in fully auto mode...

very nice, I think I like the first one better, but that is because of the colours and I think that the tree on the right hand side just adds a bit too much clutter in the second one.

That is my own personal preference, both however, are exceptional shots and thanks for sharing.

All pics from my 2009 yr10 School Camp. Taken on a panasonic lumix either onboard the tallship 'South Passage' or on one of the many Hinchinbrook Islands. Most of the photos are from Machushla if I remember correctly.
