As Winter finished early this month (unofficially) maybe a new SPRING thread???? Here\'s a few Sunset shots from last week & a busy Bee this morning! {p.s. clicking 'View Slide Show' on left is the quickest & easiest way to scan images in this venue.}

I have to agree SiM. Looking at a few charts this morning, i think the next few weeks could be quite interesting!!
Still, its great to get a taste of spring early! Lets just hope there is a lot more rainfall before the heat settles in for a few months!!

I'm just waiting for people to take advantage of this lovely warm weather and plant their tomatoes.....
I see people go mad in Woolies, put in tomato seedlings and the frost returns. laugh laugh

Now that's rather sadistic Tam. laugh

If it rains this weekend, I'll be planting vegies till the cows come home... hang on, I don't have cows anymore. :rolleyes:

Anyway, night all. I may have to be up early to catch some storms. wink

Cheers, Helen :cheers:

This photo was taken at Trawool between Mt Buller & Melbourne about 3 weeks ago. It was great to see some green grass.

Fantastic Imagery as always ML! Love the contrast in the first one.
Hey there Nacreous, we had one flash last night and I ran out with tripod, cam and remote with high expectations (over confident..LOL) only to see nothing else for the entire evening. Bugger.... sigh
Cheers,
Tim

Hey Tim, at least you saw one flash laugh The only flash I've seen lately is ........ nah we won't got there laugh wink

I have hundreds of snow pics from our trip to Mt Buller. The 300D got a real workout.
I don't want to flood the thread with them so I'll just post a link to the page on my website.

been out on the town but had come home and was watching the amazing Diving and relay at the olympics, plus got conjuctivitis so my left eye had been killing me....

I seemed to wait for yonks for some sort of colour to the sunrise, then it just sorta happened suddenly, got some pants/shoes/jacket on, jumped in the car and went off, ended 20m away from my street on a small rise in the street, but was the bst i could muster in such a short time...
