Hooray! We've over the annual ave 859mm- we now have 865mm. Fantastic. Hope the rain sticks around this November, we haven't had a significantly wet year in a long long time. (Even though a part of me is really looking forward to a long hot summer wink )

You're right, Vinny, mm, l0l. Donnybrook is about 210 km south of Perth on South Western Highway, about 35 south of Bunbury. We're in apple country thanks to the cold winters. We had at least 10 mornings below zero this winter. I love those frosty mornings.

 Jules

Goodaye Silvercloud, great to see another west aussie on the forum! Donnybrook would be a lovely place to live, so lush and it has a sort of new zealand feel to it I think.

Good to hear from yah Tom from all the way over on the far side! smile If yah do get storms I hope you get some good shots to share at the meeting, which will be on the 20th by the way, you'll be back by then? Yeah apparently Broken hill got a nader, havent heard too much else though.

Just to prove how cool it has been in Perth so far this November, we're averaging a min of 9.6C and Max of 20.7C, which is very low especially when you compare it to the other Capitals:

Adelaide: Min: 16 Max 26.6C
Brisbane: Min: 20 Max: 27.4C
Canberra: Min: 13.6 Max: 24.9C
Darwin: Min: 25.8 Max: 34C
Hobart: Min: 12.9 Max: 23.3C
Melbourne: Min: 16 Max: 27.8C!!
Sydney: Min: 19.4 Max: 24.4C

So you can see that we are the coldest capital so far by a long way, and were a whopping 7.1C behind Melbourne for the ave max to date! Very unusaul indeed.
